Alcoholism is one hell of a nasty disease. It not only is able to destroy a person, but a family as well.. I dont get it. How does anyone find any type of comfort or escape from. something that can kill them physically and emotionally? How does someone deal with that in their family? I just cant seem to understand it. Responsible drinking one thing but this is just bullshit. The weakest type of person to ever fucking exist.

you cant really call alcoholism a “nasty disease” and then call someone weak for having it. if you know someone who abuses alcohol or any other substance, sit them down and talk with them and offer help. to call them weak is to write it off.
